Front View
The first floor is screened in as a porch. The upstairs is enclosed with insulated 1-inch thick glass and windows on the sides. The upstairs sunroom opens from the master bedroom. The large 8-inch beams are solid cedar wood. Sentricon termite protection included.
Two Story Cabin
Our cabin has two floors over the majority of the cabin. The single floor on the south side is the sizeable and cozy kitchen, dining, and living room. It is heated and air conditioned by split units on the wall. The cathedral ceiling does not allow for ducted air conditioning.
Outside Entertainment
On the west side of the cabin we have stained/stamped concrete the full length of the cabin and beyond into the driveway. Plenty of room for outdoor furniture, grilles, smokers, swings, etc. The concrete goes around the north and east sides of the cabin.
Massive Pergola Space
The wooden pergola extends from the front of the house to the screen porch. It contains plenty of room to entertain, play games, and enjoy family company. Perfect place for swings, rockers, chairs and all kinds of cookers.
Large Parking Area
The south side of the house contains a massive area for parking. A perfect spot for a RV/motorhome (10x50ft) and other area for parking vehicles. Even with a motorhome, plenty of room for over 5 vehicles in the driveway.
Beautiful Pond View
The cabin is located on a pond view lot on the corner adjacent to the road leading to our cabin. The view is the best in the resort, in our opinion. You can see all the cabins located in Phase 2, along with the rock-lined pond.
